Update: The winners are Theola, Yeji, and How! Congratulations! Please leave your mailing address in our Contact form so that we can send them to you. Thanks to everyone who participated! ———- The current issue of Seattle Metropolitan Bride & Groom has been on stands for several weeks now and we didn’t want to go without mentioning that Amber and Brian got published! We’re so ecstatic especially since we’ve been huge fans of SMBG since it’s inception in 2007. Within the pages, you’ll also find Sylvia and Matt in Bellevue Club’s ad. Best of 2009

Presenting a belated Best of 2009. Brought to you by… Best Engagement Look I tend to favor dresses for engagement sessions, but Laina and Ray impressed me with their fall-perfect wardrobe. It didn’t hurt that I have a thing for elbow patches. Best Ring Judy’s ‘something blue’ was a second ring gifted by her Jing Jing. You know what they say… a diamond is a girl’s best friend. Amber and Brian . Wedding

Over the years of photographing countless weddings, we see more and more couples that come together through what Amber jokingly says, “the old fashioned way… online.” ;) Some of the elements from their wedding that stand out to me… Amber’s parents’ gorgeous backyard as a perfect setting, a custom-made cigar bar around a tree trunk built by Amber’s father, cheeseburger sliders and chocolate milk shake shots at …

Amber and Brian . Engagement

We were so thrilled when Amber contacted us to photograph her wedding! You see, she was the Maid of Honor of the Best Overall Wedding of 2008, and it’s always fun to photograph familiar faces. Amber and Brian’s engagement was photographed back in January when it was frigid. Really frigid. We were greeted by some fog which created a romantic and rustic backdrop. Because of very low temperatures, I had to work quicker than usual, but it was definitely worth it. In the end, they got to cozy up at a fireplace. Thanks for enduring Amber and Brian!
